UEFA:
"It could be said that not many footballers are cartoonists- or that not many cartoonists are footballers. But olé andersen has proved, that the pen can be mightiger than the boot"

Born in Copenhagen on 6 March 1939, he played for B.93 in Denmark before emigrating to Switzerland as a profesional player and later he turned to coaching. Season 2004 and 2005 he coach B 71 on the Faroe Islands."

As mentioned on the side of the football boots, there is the pen...

Since decades he works for FIFA and UEFA as a graphic designer. To mention is the the design and realisation of two FIFA World Cups: The U-17 Trophy and The Futsal Cup (indoor football) and a numerous of teaching manuals.

UEFA use his illustrations in the technical reports of the UEFA competitions. On the 5th UEFA Grassroots Congress in Oslo 2004 he was invited as a speaker with presentation of the "supertricks" idea: A programme for the youths to learn tricks and skills in self-training to be better and have more fun playing football.

Additional to the "supertricks" programme olé andersen has two other fascinating ideas ready to be produced:
"THE MAGIG STONE- The Incredible History of Football"

As an animated movie and/or TV- series how the game of football was invented. Starting in The Stone Age (!), continuing through the centuries and ending with the first football match in space... EDUCATION/ ACTION/ FUN.... and
"The History of Football"

An illustrated documentary from the very first beginning in England up to the World Cup in Germany 2006 showing the greatest goal in the World Cup Tournaments through the years, the story of the Champions League, the skills of the greatest players and more.
FIFA:
Olé Andersen Graphic Design: Recommendation for commercial explotation

To whoever it may concern

FIFA has received severals presentations of Mr. Andersen's work and we are impressed with his football-related entertainment material. He has his unique understanding on how to implement valuable educative elements into appealing and fun formats.

The cue-words for the projects are: Game, Education, History, Entertainment and Fascination.

His original projects like "Supertricks", "The Magic Stone", "Ultimate Attacking Tactics" and more, prove that Mr. Andersen develops projects that are enhancing children's values as well as bringing them lots of fun. The high quality and originality, and the approach to educate children about football in a positive and fun way, make the projects fit perfectly into the FIFA image.

For the commercial purposes Mr. Andersen has a computer game with brand new technology ready to go. A movie or TV-series are well in planning and there will be great opportunities for merchandising and licensing. We think Mr. Andersen's projects will enhance FIFA's image if they are realized in a proper way.
